Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer - Basingstoke\n\nSalary: £48,657 paid travel time, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits - including private health care, life insurance\n Hours: 45 hours a week - Monday to Friday\n\nStandby / Call Out: 1 in 4\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer (gas bias) to join one of the country's leading facilities management companies.\n\nThe role will involve traveling around your designated area servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.\nYou will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.\nEnsuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.\nService and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's etc\nSafe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications\nCarry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.\nQualifications / Experience:\n Essential\n ACS Gas - COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A\n\nThe ideal candidate:\n\nWill have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.\nBe able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams\nHave the ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces\nA hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work\nFull Driving License as this is a mobile role\n\nCommercial Gas / HVAC Engineer - Basingstoke\n Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer - Basingstoke\n Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer\n\nCalibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
